Short, Simple, Clear Car Leasing

If you’re looking to lease a brand new car or van from Clear Car Leasing and wish to lease it through your company because the vehicle will be used for business purposes, we recommend you sign up to what’s known as a Business Contract Hire (BCH) agreement.

A BCH agreement works in pretty much the same way as a Personal Contract Hire (PCH) agreement does, the only difference is that with a BCH agreement you can claim back 50% of the VAT if your company is VAT registered, or 100% of the VAT if your chosen lease car/van is used solely for business purposes only – this can be claimed back at the end of your lease term.

Short, Simple, Clear Car Leasing

You can claim back 50% of the VAT with a Business Contract Hire (BCH) agreement!

With a BCH agreement, your contract will also include UK road tax for the duration of your chosen lease term, manufacturer warranty, breakdown cover (subject to warranty), free delivery & collection.

You can also add a maintenance package to your lease contract for peace of mind which includes servicing, tyres and general fair wear & tear cover.

Any business large or small can apply, so if your business is looking to lease a car/van or fleet of cars/vans on a long term rental contract with fixed monthly payments, then look no further than Clear Car Leasing.

To qualify for BCH, you must be running a company as a sole trader, partnership, Limited Company or PLC and be able to provide bank statements and proof of address, plus the main company director must provide proof of ID. Your company must also show a good credit rating in order to be eligible for a BCH agreement.
